We are based in Ashok Nagar, which is over in the Delhi area, though we have ties back to Faridabad too. The address is 112, and it’s a typical Delhi street where things are a bit crowded but full of life. We deal with medical and orthopedic items. It’s not a huge warehouse; it’s more of a distribution office where we keep the essential stock. You’ll see boxes stacked up near the entrance most days because we are always sending things out. The office itself is small. We have a couple of desks and a telephone that rings more than we’d like. It’s a family-run kind of feel here. We don’t wear suits or have big meetings about strategy. We just check what the hospitals and doctors need and try to get it to them without any fuss. The traffic on the road outside can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning. Sometimes we grab lunch from the local shops nearby. It’s a busy environment. We’ve been doing this for years, so we know the local area like the back of our hand. It’s just a regular business doing regular work. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Most of the time we are just busy counting inventory and checking our orders.
