Wings Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd is located at J-13 in the Udyog Nagar Industrial Area of Narela. If you have been to Narela, you know it is quite a distance from the main parts of Delhi and it is very much a working-class, industrial zone. Our facility is right in the thick of it, surrounded by other factories and workshops. The air usually smells of exhaust and industrial processes. We have a fairly large space because of the nature of pharmaceutical manufacturing, but it is definitely not a luxury office. It is noisy, busy, and there is always someone moving a pallet or loading a truck. We have been here for a long time, and we have seen the area change quite a bit. The roads are often bumpy and full of dust, which makes the commute a bit of a chore. Inside, we just focus on the production lines and making sure everything is running as it should. There is no time for corporate jargon here. We talk plainly and get the job done. Sometimes the machinery breaks down and we all have to scramble to fix it, which can be stressful. But we are used to the pace. We are just a bunch of regular people working in a factory setting, trying to keep things moving and get the orders out on time.
