Our office is situated in Gwalior, over at the Pitambara Estate in Indramani Nagar. We are in unit F/Gl-14, which is near the Gola Ka Mandir area. We’ve been working in construction around Madhya Pradesh for quite some time now. Our office is where we do all the planning and keep our equipment records. It’s a bit of a messy place sometimes because we have site boots and rolls of plans everywhere. We aren’t the type of people who wear suits and sit in air-conditioned boardrooms all day. We’d rather be out at a site seeing how the concrete is pouring. But this is our home base. We have a small team here in Gwalior. We know the local builders and the guys who supply the sand and cement. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but we just fix it and move on. We don’t really spend money on fancy websites or big ads. Most people hear about us from someone else we built a house or a wall for. We just show up every morning and get to work. The tea guy comes by at eleven, and that’s usually our favorite part of the morning. It’s just a normal construction business run by normal people here in the estate. We don't try to be anything else or act like we are bigger than we are.
