Ideal Enterprises

Ideal Enterprises is based out of the Wazirpur Group Industrial Area. Our unit is at A-40, right in the thick of things. Wazirpur is a busy place with a lot of metalwork and manufacturing going on all around us. You can hear the hammers and the machines from the moment you get off the main road. Our space is mostly taken up by supplies and the equipment we use daily. It’s not the cleanest environment, but it’s an industrial area, so that’s expected. We spend most of our mornings unloading materials and the afternoons getting things ready for dispatch. There is always a lot of movement. We don't have a separate office space really; just a desk in the corner where we keep the ledger and the phone. It’s a no-nonsense type of operation. We deal with other businesses mostly. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour or two, and we just sit outside and wait it out. That’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. We’ve been at this for quite some time now. We don't do any flashy marketing. Most of our work comes from long-standing relationships with people who know we are here. It’s about showing up every morning at nine and staying until the job is done. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is the highlight for most of us.
