We operate out of B No. 9 in the Wazirpur Industrial Area. It’s a busy part of North Delhi where there is always something being made or moved. Our space is basically a warehouse and a small office section partitioned off with some wood and glass. It is not the kind of place where you’d find a receptionist or a waiting lounge. We handle trade and supply, so there are always boxes stacked up and people checking inventory lists. The street outside is usually blocked with rickshaws and delivery vans, which makes getting here a bit of a challenge sometimes. We’ve been at this location for a good number of years now. We know the tea sellers and the other shop owners on the block quite well. The building itself is old and has seen better days, but it serves our purpose just fine. We don't bother with fancy websites or big marketing plans. Most of our business comes from people we have known for a long time. It’s a lot of manual work, counting stock, and making sure the orders are correct before they go out. We stay open as long as the work needs doing, which often means late evenings under the tube lights. It’s a straightforward life here in Wazirpur. We just show up, do the work, and head home. There isn't much more to it than that, and we like the simplicity of it.
