We operate out of Aditya Home here in Jamshedpur. It’s a quiet enough spot in Jharkhand where we can actually get things done. We’ve been around this area for a while and most people know where the building is. It’s not a huge setup, just a practical space that fits what we do. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a glass building or anything. It’s more about just having a reliable place to work from every day. The weather in Jamshedpur can be a bit much in the summer, but we stay cool enough inside. We handle our daily tasks without much fuss. Usually, we’re just sitting around the main table talking through what needs to be finished by the end of the week. There’s no big corporate vibe here, just a few people who know their jobs well. We like the pace of life here; it’s not as crazy as the bigger cities but still keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the power cuts out, but we have a backup and just keep going. It’s a very local feel. We know the shopkeepers nearby and they know us. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing honest work. If you’re ever in the neighborhood, it’s a pretty easy place to spot. We’re just here doing our thing day in and day out, making sure the business stays on track without any extra drama.
