Our place is on the second floor of J 1/88 in the DDA Flats at Kalkaji. It’s a typical South Delhi neighborhood, pretty lived-in and busy. We’ve been here in New Delhi 110019 for some time. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, so we get our exercise every day. Being in a DDA flat means it feels more like a home than a sterile office, which we actually prefer. We handle various service tasks from here. It’s usually just a few of us at our desks, answering calls and sorting through files. The market nearby is great for lunch, though parking is always a gamble. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, just our name on the door. It’s a straightforward operation. We aren't big on corporate jargon; we just try to solve whatever problems come our way. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the common area outside, and it gets a bit lively. We like the community feel of Kalkaji. It’s a solid place to work from. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else. There’s no hidden mission or anything, just a small local team making things happen in the city. It’s worked out well for us so far and we’re happy to be part of the neighborhood. We keep our overheads low and our focus on the daily jobs that come across our desks.
