Our place is located in Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad, right across from the Reliance Fresh outlet. The address is Gf-1A, Kh-93 and it is a ground floor spot which makes it easy to get in and out. We also have an office presence in New Delhi but most of our daily activity happens here in Ghaziabad. Vxl Realtors is just a small outfit and we don't try to pretend to be anything else. The area is usually busy because of the shops nearby so there is always a lot of noise and people walking past. Inside our office, things are pretty basic. We have some filing cabinets, a few chairs, and our computers. It can get a bit cluttered when we have a lot of paperwork to go through but we manage to keep track of it all. We don't have any glossy brochures or fancy signs. We just tell people where we are and what we do if they ask. The local tea stall is just around the corner and we spend a lot of time there too. Working in Kavi Nagar is good because everything you need is within walking distance. Sometimes the power cuts out in the afternoon but we just wait it out. It’s a very normal way of working. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do our jobs properly and keep our clients happy without any fuss.
