Vxl Realtors Pvt Ltd is located at Quarter Number 411 in Sector-2, Type-2 of Sadik Nagar, New Delhi-49. This is a residential area so it has a different feel than a big commercial office block. We work out of this space and it keeps us close to the local community. The rooms are a bit small but we’ve arranged things to make the most of the space we have. There are files stacked on the shelves and a few maps pinned to the walls. It’s a quiet enough place to get work done during the day. Sometimes you hear the kids playing outside or the neighbors talking in the hallway. We like being here because it feels more personal than a cold office building. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us handling the daily phone calls and appointments. The walk from the main road is short but it can be a bit tricky to find the right block if you aren't familiar with the layout of Sadik Nagar. We usually tell people to look for the sector signs. We aren't big on flashy presentations. We find that being here makes it easy to keep our expenses down which is good. We prefer to sit down and talk things through over a cup of coffee. It’s just how we operate. No complicated missions or fancy words, just regular people doing real estate work in a neighborhood we know well. We've been here for quite a while now and don't plan on moving.
