We are located over at H-3/ 56 in Mahavir Enclave, which is in the Palam area of New Delhi. You can reach us on the landline at 011-25034425 if you need to talk. Being part of a bigger name like Tata is something we’re aware of, but on the ground here in Palam, it’s just us doing the daily work. The office isn't anything fancy. It’s tucked away in a part of Delhi that’s always busy with people and traffic. We mostly handle the local service and equipment needs for the folks around here. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing all morning, and other times it's quiet enough to actually get through the paperwork. We don't use scripted lines or have a big marketing team behind our local desk. It’s just simple English and direct answers when someone asks for help. The building has been our base for quite some time, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. We’ve stayed pretty much the same, though. We just come in, check what needs to be fixed or delivered, and get on with it. There’s no mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just think it’s important to do the job right so we don't have to go back and do it twice. It’s a busy life in Delhi, but we’ve found our rhythm here in the enclave. We just keep things practical and keep moving as best as we can.
