Vision Plus Security Control Pvt. Ltd. is based on Rajan Babu Road in Adarsh Nagar. We are on the first floor of building C-60. It’s a busy street with a lot of shops and people walking by at all hours. Being on the first floor is nice because we can look out the window and see what’s going on, but it means we have to carry everything up the stairs. We work with security systems, so there are always monitors and cameras set up around the office. It looks a bit like a control room sometimes. We have wires hanging from the ceiling and boxes of sensors stacked in the corners. The space isn’t very big, so we have to be careful about where we put things. Our team is small and we all do a bit of everything. One day you might be answering phones and the next you’re out on a ladder installing a camera. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the work at hand. We’ve been in Adarsh Nagar for a while now and we know the local tea stall owner pretty well. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting equipment or talking to people about what they need for their homes or shops. It’s a pretty standard office life, just with more electronics than most. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job and get things right for the neighborhood.
