Vikrant Sales Corporation is located at 45-A in the Guru Nanak Auto Market at Kashmere Gate. If you’ve ever been to Kashmere Gate, you know it’s a chaotic place with a lot of shouting and the smell of engine oil everywhere. Our shop is right in the middle of all that. It’s a small space, and we have parts stacked all the way to the ceiling. You have to be careful walking around or you’ll trip over a box of gaskets or something. We’ve been here for years, and we know most of the other shop owners on the row. It’s a tough place to work during the monsoon because the water sometimes gathers near the entrance, but we’ve got some wooden planks to keep things dry. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing department. Usually, it’s just us answering the phone and looking up part numbers in big old ledgers that are falling apart at the edges. Most customers are regulars who have been coming to us since the shop first opened. We talk about the news or the weather while we pull their orders. It’s a busy life, and the noise from the street never really stops until late at night. We just focus on getting the right parts to the right people without making too much of a fuss about it. It's just honest work in a loud market.
