We are located in Phase II of the Mayapuri Industrial Area at A-91. It is a busy part of the city, and you can always hear the trucks rumbling past outside. We work with printing and graphics machines here. The shop floor is fairly large so we can fit the big presses and the cutting equipment. The air usually smells like ink and fresh paper, which is something you stop noticing after a few days. We have a small team of guys who have been here a long time and really know their way around the machinery. They can tell if a press is running right just by listening to the hum. We take on all sorts of printing jobs, from small local orders to larger runs for businesses across the city. It gets loud when all the machines are going at once, so we end up doing a lot of shouting. The office is just a corner of the building filled with stacks of samples and old proofs. We do not do much in the way of fancy marketing; we mostly just rely on people knowing where we are. It gets a bit tight when we get a big shipment of paper rolls, but we manage the space. Every day starts with a cup of tea while we look over the print schedule. We just aim to get the jobs finished and the orders out the door.
