Our place is at D-13 in the S.M.A Co-operative Industrial Estate. We are right on the G.T. Karnal Road area, which stays busy from dawn until late at night. Vidya Metal MFG Co.Pvt.Ltd. has been running out of this spot for a long time now. We aren't some fancy corporate setup with glass walls and receptionists. It’s a metal shop. You’ll find machines, oil on the floor, and the sound of cutting and shaping all day long. It gets loud, but that’s how you know work is getting done. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. We know each other's families and we share tea during the breaks. The Rajasthan Udyog area is a tough place to work sometimes because of the heat and the dust, but we’re used to it. We make different metal components for various industries. We don't do big presentations. We just look at the requirements, see if we can do it, and then get the machines started. Sometimes things go wrong, a machine breaks or a shipment is delayed because of the traffic on the main road, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to keep the quality where it needs to be. It’s a simple life here. We come in early, do the work, and go home. That’s about it for us at Vidya Metal.
