You can find us at A 184 in G D Colony, which is part of Mayur Vihar Phase III. It is a busy residential neighborhood where everyone seems to know everyone else. We do two things here. We handle real estate and help people with hotel consultancy. Most of our day involves meeting folks who want to buy a flat. Sometimes someone is looking to start a small guest house and needs advice. Our office is quite simple, located right in the colony. We have a few chairs for visitors and a table covered in property listings and maps. Mayur Vihar is a place that is always growing, so there is always something new to look at. We spend a lot of time on our scooters, driving around to check out different properties in the Phase III area. It is not a corporate setup at all. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because often they are. Sometimes we help people find staff for their hotels or give them advice on how to set up their kitchens. It is a mix of different tasks every day. The colony can be a bit noisy with kids playing and cars honking, but it feels like home to us. We have been operating from this A 184 address for a long time. We just try to give practical advice based on what we see happening in the local market. It is a lot of talking and drinking tea.
