Our office is based in Janakpuri, at A 1/31. It’s a residential-feeling area but we use it as our main hub for Vichitra Construction Pvt Ltd. Inside, you’ll find a lot of rolled-up blueprints, some hard hats sitting on the shelves, and stacks of papers everywhere. We spend about half our time here and the other half out at different sites checking on progress. It’s not the kind of place where everything is perfectly organized or polished. There’s always someone coming in with mud on their shoes or a phone call that needs to be taken right away. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. Our desks are old and the chairs squeak a little bit when you move. But it’s where we coordinate everything and keep the business running. We’ve been in this Janakpuri spot for a good while now, and it serves us well. We know the other businesses nearby and usually grab lunch from the local shops around the corner. It’s a practical setup for a construction company like ours. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It's just us, some computers, and a lot of work to manage. We handle all the paperwork, the planning, and the calls from this one location. It gets loud sometimes when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just the way it is in this industry. We prefer keeping things simple and direct while we work.
