We’ve been over here at 108 Ashiyana Kunj for a while now. It’s right in the Khidki Extension area of Malviya Nagar. Mostly, we just handle different building projects and stuff that comes our way in this part of Delhi. There’s a lot going on in this neighborhood, so we stay pretty busy with the day-to-day work. It's a small office, nothing fancy, but we get the job done. Sometimes it’s busy, sometimes things move slower, but we’re always around. We’ve seen the streets change quite a bit since we started. Most people know where the J 3/76C spot is. We just deal with infrastructure, trying to keep things moving. It isn't always easy working in a city this crowded, but you figure it out. We spend most of our time looking at plans or out on-site. If you walk past Ashiyana Kunj, you’ll probably see us coming and going. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us making sure the paperwork gets handled and the workers know where to go. It’s practical work. We don’t really do big speeches or fancy ads. Mostly, it's just about the next project and getting through the week. The traffic around Malviya Nagar can be a pain, but being based here makes it easier to reach most sites. We’re just local people doing our bit in the construction world. It is a lot of long days, but that is how this business works.
