You can find us in the Okhla Industrial Area, specifically at A 94/3 in Okhla. Being in an industrial zone means there are always trucks moving around and the sound of machinery from the nearby units. It’s a dusty place, and we are constantly wiping down the desks and the product displays. Our space is more of a warehouse and office mix. We have stacks of inventory piled up on pallets and a small section where we handle the administrative side of things. People come in and out all day, some to pick up orders and others to deliver supplies. It gets pretty hot during the summer months, so we have these big industrial fans that move the air around, but they are quite loud. We don't have fancy carpets or designer furniture. Everything is built to be used and moved. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the boxes are labeled correctly before they go out. The staff here has been around for a while, so we all know the routine pretty well. Okhla isn't the easiest place to navigate if you're new, but once you know where A 94/3 is, it’s easy enough to find. It is just hard work in a busy part of the city, and we just focus on getting the orders ready every single day.
