You can find us at No. 324/4 on Press Street, which is right in the heart of Sadar Bazar. If you have ever been to Sadar Bazar, you know how crowded and lively it gets every single day. Press Street is no different. It is a tight squeeze sometimes with all the people and carts moving around, but that is just the way it is here. We have been in this spot for a good while now. Our building is an old one, like most of them in this part of town, but it works for our hosiery and knitwear business. We have multiple floors where we keep the stock and do the packing. It is a lot of stairs to climb every day, so we definitely stay active. The market starts humming early in the morning, and the noise does not really stop until late at night. We have gotten so used to the sounds of the street that we do not even notice them anymore. Inside, the rooms are filled with boxes and bags of goods ready to be sent out. We do not have a lot of extra space, so we have to stay very organized. It is a family-run kind of feel here, even if not everyone is related. We know the other shopkeepers on Press Street well. We share tea and talk about the market. It is a busy life, but it is what we have always done.
