Vcustomer Services India Pvt Ltd operates out of Nehru Enclave in Kalkaji. We are on the third floor of the C-104 building. Being in New Delhi means it is always crowded and noisy outside, but the office is our little space to get things sorted. You have to climb some stairs to get up to us, which keeps us moving. The third floor isn't too bad, though. We have been handling customer tasks for a long time now. It is a lot of phones ringing and typing on keyboards throughout the day. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when everyone is talking to someone at once. We do not have fancy office furniture or anything like that. It is just basic desks, chairs, and some old plants someone brought in to make it look a bit nicer. Kalkaji is a busy place, and there are plenty of spots to eat nearby. We usually head out for a quick lunch when we can find the time. The air conditioning is a real lifesaver when the Delhi heat kicks in. We just try to help people out with their issues as they come in. It is honest work and it keeps us on our toes. There are files stacked up in the corner that we need to go through one of these days. It is just a regular office life here for us in Nehru Enclave.
