You can find us at Mq 1044 in Sobhapur Colony. It’s in the Betul district, so it’s a bit out of the way for some, but we like it here. Construction is hard work and our office reflects that. There are usually boots by the door and blueprints scattered across the main table. We spend a lot of time out at the sites, so the office is often empty during the middle of the day. When we are here, it’s mostly to handle the billing and talk to suppliers. The walls have a few cracks, and the furniture is pretty basic. We don't see the point in spending money on fancy chairs when the work is done outdoors. The colony is a close-knit place. Everyone knows we’re the ones to talk to about building stuff. It’s a lot of manual labor and coordinating with the crews. Sometimes the weather stops us from working, which is frustrating. We just wait it out and get back to it as soon as we can. There isn't any HR department or anything like that. If there is a problem, we just talk it out over a cup of chai. It’s a simple way of running things. We’ve been doing this for years now. Most of our tools are well-worn because they get used every single day. We stay busy enough without needing to advertise much. It is honest work for honest pay.
