We are located in unit 322 of the Vardhman Sunrise Plaza, which sits right on Varthur Main Road. The Canara Bank is very close by, which helps people find the building when they are coming for the first time. Our office is part of the Vasundra Enclave area. It is a busy place where we handle various matters related to secondary education. Most of the work involves processing forms, answering questions from students, and keeping track of academic records. The office itself is quite basic, with several desks pushed together and a lot of paper files everywhere. We do not have a lot of modern technology, just some old computers and a printer that jams more often than it should. The traffic on Varthur Main Road is always heavy, so the sound of horns is a constant background noise for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or dealing with people who walk in with questions about their certificates or exams. It is not a high-profile job, but it is important for the people who live around here. We try to be helpful, even though the paperwork can be a bit overwhelming at times. The building has a lift, but it is often out of service, so we get plenty of exercise on the stairs. We are just a small team of staff members trying to keep the administrative side of education moving along as best we can.
