Vasundhara Builders

Our office is over in Jia Sarai, right near Hauz Khas in New Delhi. We are located at 1A/2, which is part of the Lucky Hostel building. If you have ever been to Jia Sarai, you know it is a very crowded place, full of students living in hostels and people studying for their big exams. It is always loud and there is a lot of energy on the street. We are builders, so our office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints, samples of tiles, and bags of cement samples. We have a few old desks and some chairs that have been around since we started. It is not a place for fancy meetings; we usually just sit around and figure out the construction schedules for our different sites across Delhi. Being in the hostel building means there is always someone coming or going. For lunch, we usually just grab something from the local food stalls like everyone else in the neighborhood. We are a small, tight-knit team and many of us have worked together for a decade or more. People in the area know us as the guys who are always out at a construction site. We don't do any big advertising or have a polished image. We just do the building work we know how to do and try to keep things simple for everyone involved.
