Dried Flowers Value Added Products is located at C-2/2107 in Vasant Kunj. It is a residential area, so we try to keep things quiet. Inside, the air always smells like dried herbs and old petals. It is a very specific scent that you get used to after a while. We spend hours sorting through different types of flowers, making sure they are dried just right so they do not crumble. It is delicate work. We have tables set up with different bins for colors and sizes. It is not a factory with big machines. Most of it is done by hand. We sit around the tables and talk while we work. Vasant Kunj is a nice place to be, and our spot at C-2/2107 is just big enough for what we need. Sometimes we have boxes stacked up to the ceiling when a big order is ready to go out. We do not have a storefront, so we do not get many walk-in customers. It is mostly just us doing the processing and packing. Sometimes the flowers are not the right shade or they get damaged in transit, and we have to start all over. It can be frustrating but that is part of working with natural things. We just keep going, one bunch at a time. It is a steady pace. We are not trying to rush through everything. We just want the products to be okay.
