Aarsh The Designer

We are located over at Flat No. 9029 in P. K. T C-9, Vasant Kunj. It’s a residential area, so it’s not like a big storefront you’d see in a mall. Aarsh The Designer is basically run from here. It gets a bit crowded with all the fabrics and sketches lying around, but it works for us. Vasant Kunj is a nice part of town, even if finding the right flat can be a bit tricky for people visiting for the first time. We don't have a big staff or a receptionist. It’s usually just a couple of us working through the day. We don't really believe in those fancy titles or corporate structures. We just like making things. Sometimes the sewing machine makes too much noise, but the neighbors are used to it by now. We don't have a big advertising budget. Most people find us because they know someone who knows us. It feels more personal that way. We spend a lot of time just looking at different patterns and trying to get things right. It’s not always glamorous. There are late nights and a lot of coffee involved. But being here in Vasant Kunj gives us the space to just focus on the work without too much outside distraction. It’s a quiet way to live and a good way to work on our designs without any rush. We enjoy the process more than the fame.
