Even though the name mentions Mumbai, we are actually working out of Gurgaon these days. You can find us on the second floor of the building in Uppal Southend, right there in Sector 49 on Sohna Road. It’s a busy part of the city, and the traffic on Sohna Road can be a real headache sometimes when we are trying to get to a site. Our office is pretty simple, with a few desks and a lot of folders stacked up against the walls. We do a lot of consulting work and construction planning, which mostly means we spend our hours on the phone or looking at site maps. It gets a bit hectic when multiple projects are happening at once, and the tea gets cold before anyone has a chance to drink it. We’ve been around the block a few times, so we know how these things go. People come in to talk about their property or ask for advice on building something, and we just tell them how it is based on what we see. There isn't any big corporate vibe here. It’s just us trying to keep track of laborers, materials, and deadlines. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but mostly we try to wrap things up and head home like everyone else. It’s just a standard local office where we handle the projects we have without much fuss.
