So, we operate out of Sector-5 in Vasundhera. It’s on the sixth floor of the Himalya Apartment, specifically A606. If the elevator is working, it’s a quick trip up, but sometimes you have to take the stairs which is a real workout. Ghaziabad gets pretty dusty, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the windows just to see out. We’re Vadhera Builders, but mostly it's just a few of us sitting around desks covered in blueprints and half-empty tea cups. It gets loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We do a lot of work around UP, mostly small residential projects. My nephew handles the computer stuff because I can't figure out the new software half the time. The apartment feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, especially when someone brings in samosas for lunch. We started this quite a while ago. It’s a family thing, really. We’ve had good years and slow years. Right now, things are okay. We spend our days coordinating with site foremen and making sure the supplies actually show up where they’re supposed to. Sometimes the traffic in Vasundhera makes it hard to get anywhere fast, so we do a lot over the phone. We aren't a huge corporation, just a bunch of people trying to build things right in this busy corner of Ghaziabad. It's a lot of paperwork, but that's just how it goes.
