Vadalas

We've been at 49 Ring Road for quite some time now. If you know Lajpat Nagar 3, you know how busy it gets with the traffic and people always moving about. Our shop isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we get our work done every day. Most of the folks who drop by are locals or people passing through from the main road. It’s noisy outside but we’re used to it. We started out small and stayed that way mostly. There are a lot of shops around here, but people know where we are because we’ve been in this same spot for years. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it feels like home to us. We handle things as they come, nothing too complicated. Usually, one of us is around if someone needs to talk about a project. It’s a bit of a tight space inside with all the papers and samples lying around. Life in Delhi is fast, but here at Vadalas, we just try to keep up with the day. Sometimes the tea guy comes late, and sometimes the power goes out, but that’s just how it is. We don’t have a fancy office with glass doors, just a simple door that opens right onto the street. It works for us and for the people who come to see us. The neighborhood changes, but we’re still here in the same chairs with the same old files. It’s a simple setup for a simple business.
