V3S Group Gahoi Buildwell Limited

V3S Group Gahoi Buildwell Limited is based right here in Indirapuram. We are over at C-540 Nayay Khand III. It’s a pretty busy part of Ghaziabad these days. We have been working out of this office for a good while now. It’s not a very big space but it fits us just fine. Most of the time we are out on various construction sites around the city. We deal with all the usual stuff like cement deliveries and talking to contractors. It’s often quite dusty and loud. We don’t have any fancy marketing people writing for us. It’s just us doing the daily work. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much and the desk gets buried under blueprints. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. The name on the door is a bit of a mouthful, we know. But we are just local guys building things. We know the streets of U.P. well and how things work here. The traffic on the main road can be a real headache in the mornings. We usually start early to avoid the worst of it. People stop by to ask about plots or house construction. We give them a straight answer without any of that corporate talk. It’s just a normal business trying to do right by the projects we take on. We’ve seen this neighborhood grow from almost nothing. It’s nice to be part of it.
