We are V L Estates, located over at DA 10 A in Hari Nagar, Delhi. It’s a local spot that most people in the neighborhood recognize. We’ve been working out of this office for quite a while now. It’s not a massive corporate building, just a regular place where we manage our daily tasks. Delhi is a fast-paced city, and Hari Nagar has its own rhythm that we’ve become a part of. Most days involve a lot of talking to people and trying to sort out property details. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. You might see the same person answering the phone and then heading out to show a house. Our desks are usually covered in notes and old coffee cups. We don't use any fancy software to manage things; we mostly rely on our notebooks and memory. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us. We aren't interested in being the biggest estate agents in the city. We just want to do a decent job for the people who walk through our door. Sometimes things go wrong, a deal falls through or a pipe bursts, and we just have to figure it out. It’s just how it is when you’re running a small operation in a place like Delhi. We take each day as it comes and try to stay on top of the paperwork.
