V L Estates is based out of the Srikrishna Apartments in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. Even though the name says New Delhi, we spend a lot of our time here in Sector 6. It’s a busy residential area, and our office is right in the middle of it. We deal with property stuff, which means a lot of running around and meeting people at different locations. The office itself is quite small, tucked away in apartment 162. It's usually filled with folders and maps of the local area. We aren't a big chain with hundreds of branches. We’re just a small team trying to keep track of who is buying what and where the new developments are popping up. Ghaziabad can be a chaotic place to work, especially with the traffic and the constant noise, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels normal. Sometimes we spend all day on the phone trying to get a straight answer from someone. Other days we are out on the street looking at sites. We don't have a glossy brochure or a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we know about the local market. It’s a messy business sometimes, with lots of paperwork that never seems to end. We just try to stay organized and keep our clients informed about what's going on. It's practical work that keeps us busy from morning until late evening.
