Started out here in Vishwas Nagar near Swaran Cinema because it seemed like a good spot. Gali number 17 is where you will find us, right in the thick of things in Shahdara. The shop isn't huge, but we keep it full of clothes that people around here actually want to wear. It gets pretty busy on the weekends, especially when there's a good movie playing nearby. Most of the day is spent folding things back up after customers look through the piles. We don’t really do fancy displays or anything like that. It’s just us and the clothes. People come in, they look around, and they usually find something they like. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just keep the doors open and wait for it to come back. It’s a typical local business life. We know most of the neighbors by now. My cousin helps out sometimes when it gets really packed. We try to keep the stock fresh, though it’s hard to keep up with what’s trending on the internet these days. We just buy what we think looks decent and sell it for a fair price. There's no big strategy behind it. If a shirt looks good and the fabric feels like it won't fall apart in the first wash, we put it on the shelf. That is basically how we run things every day.
