You can find Rana Rana Co. at R 1/33 on the 1st floor in Vijay Vihar. This is in the Uttam Nagar area. We are just above a grocery shop. You have to take the narrow stairs on the side to get up to us. The stairs are a bit steep so watch your step. Once you are inside, it’s just a big open room. We have some desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We do a bit of everything here, mostly helping people with their requests. It’s not very exciting work but it’s important to the folks who come in. Uttam Nagar is always full of people and noise. From our window, we can see the traffic on the main road. It never seems to stop. We have a small stove in the corner where we make our own coffee. It’s better than the stuff you buy outside. We’ve been here for several years now. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but we haven't found the time. We aren't a big firm. It’s just me and my partner. We work long hours, especially during the busy months. We don't have a receptionist. If the phone rings, one of us just picks it up. We try to be helpful and honest with everyone. That’s why people keep coming back to this little office in Vijay Vihar. It gets a little cramped when we have a lot of visitors, but we manage by using the extra chairs we keep stacked near the entrance.
