Our company, P S R K Fashions Pvt. Ltd., is based out of D-55 in Mansaram Park, which is in the Uttam Nagar area. It’s a residential-turned-commercial kind of neighborhood. It feels very local here. We operate out of a building that’s been here for a long time. There’s nothing too special about the outside. Inside, we have our setup for managing the fashion side of things. It’s mostly desks, some racks, and a lot of boxes. It gets pretty crowded when we are busy. The street outside can be a bit narrow, so parking is always a struggle. Most of us just take the metro or walk. We have a small team, and we’ve all been working together for a while. We don't really go for that corporate vibe. It’s more like a family business atmosphere. We drink a lot of tea and talk about what needs to get done. Sometimes we disagree, but we always get the work finished. Mansaram Park has a lot of small businesses like ours. You see the same faces every morning at the local shops. It’s a comfortable place to work. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably just walk right into the middle of us working. We like it that way. It’s honest and straightforward. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep up with the demand. The office gets a lot of light in the mornings.
