Utility Power Tech Ltd

We’ve been running Utility Power Tech Ltd out of this spot at Shri Krupa in the Jayadurga Compound for a while now. Most people around Kannarpady know where we are. It’s a busy little area in Udupi. Sometimes it gets a bit confusing because we also have stuff going on up in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana, which is obviously a long way off from Karnataka. It keeps us on our toes moving between the south and the north. We deal with power tech things, mostly just the usual technical work that needs doing to keep systems running. It's not glamorous work. Most days it’s just about getting the tools ready and making sure the guys know which site they’re heading to. The office here isn’t anything special to look at, just a practical space where we handle the paperwork and store some gear. In Udupi, the weather can be a bit much with the rain, but we manage. In Haryana, it’s a different kind of heat. We’ve got a small team. Everyone knows their job. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of the time we are out where the actual equipment is. It’s just how we’ve always done it. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we started. People stop by for a chat or to ask about technical issues they’re having. We just try to get through the day’s list and get home in time for dinner.
