U.P.Twiga Fiberglass Ltd.

We are based over in East of Kailash, specifically at 265/12, Amritpuri B. It is a busy little corner of New Delhi. We work with fiberglass, which is used for all sorts of insulation and industrial stuff. Our office isn't very big, and it’s usually packed with samples and technical manuals. I've been working here for quite some time now. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it feels very local. We don't go in for big, polished presentations. Mostly, we just talk to engineers and builders who need to keep their buildings warm or cool. The phone is usually ringing with someone asking about stock levels or delivery times. I spend a lot of my day checking the ledger and making sure the shipments are going out to the right places. It is a practical business. Fiberglass is one of those things people don't think about until they need it. We try to keep a good amount of inventory, though space is always a bit tight in Amritpuri. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time navigating the narrow lanes around here, but we manage. It’s a lot of manual work and checking lists. We aren't a high-tech startup; we are just a regular company doing a regular job. Most of us have been here for years, and we know our customers by their first names. It makes the day go by faster when you're working with people you know. That’s just how it is.
