We’ve got our office at number 98 in Patpar Ganj Village, right near Mayur Vihar Phase 1. It’s an interesting spot because you have the very modern residential towers of Mayur Vihar on one side and the old, winding streets of the village on the other. We are right in that mix. The building is a simple structure, and our office is just a straightforward room where we keep our files and computers. It’s not the kind of place with a glass front or a fancy sign. We mostly have local people coming in. The street outside is always busy with bikes and people walking to the nearby metro station. Inside, the office is a bit cramped. We have maps of various housing projects pinned to the walls and a lot of binders full of records. It’s a working office, not a showroom. There is always a hum of activity, either from the street or from us trying to get through the day's tasks. We don’t follow a strict corporate dress code; we just wear what’s comfortable for the Delhi weather. We’ve got a small fan that wobbles a bit, but it does the job. Usually, there’s a stack of newspapers on the table and a half-finished cup of tea somewhere. We like it here because it feels real. We are part of the neighborhood, and we handle our housing business in a way that’s practical and down-to-earth. It’s just us, doing our thing in Patpar Ganj every day, making sure the work gets finished.
