Our office is up on the 8th floor of Millennium Tower-1 in Netaji Subhash Place. It’s a busy spot in Delhi, and Universal Spares (India) Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a good while. Dealing with spare parts means the phones are always ringing and someone is usually checking a list or a computer screen. It can get a bit hectic in the office, especially when there’s a rush for specific items. We aren't really into the whole corporate culture thing. It’s more about making sure the inventory is right and the orders go to the right places. Outside the window, you can see all the traffic and the metro passing by. It’s a contrast to the quiet focus inside. We have stacks of files and catalogs everywhere. The space isn't huge, but it works for us. Most of the staff has been with us for years, so we’re more like a small family than a big company. We eat lunch together and complain about the traffic like everyone else in NSP. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just supply spares and handle the logistics from this 801 room. It’s practical work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without much fuss. There’s always another shipment to track or a customer query to resolve. We just take it one task at a time and try to keep the paperwork organized, even when it piles up on the desks.
