Our office is tucked away in Pandav Gali Number 1, over in the Maujpur area of Delhi. If you know the Arjun Mohalla neighborhood, you know it’s a busy spot. We are Unity Infraproject Ltd. and we've been operating from 153/2 for quite a while. Delhi is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. It’s a small space, usually filled with blueprints and the sound of traffic from outside. We handle various construction tasks from here. It isn't always pretty, with the narrow lanes and the constant noise, but we get things done. The team is usually out on different sites across the city, so the office is often quiet until the evening. We deal with all sorts of local building requirements. It’s a lot of coordination with the authorities and making sure our supplies are where they need to be. We don't put on airs. It’s a practical business for practical people. Sometimes the Delhi heat makes the site visits exhausting, but that’s just how it is. We’ve seen the streets around Maujpur change quite a bit over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the projects at hand. It's about getting the bricks laid and the steel in place. We aren't here to impress anyone with words, just with the work we leave behind. It’s a lot of long days.
