Unitech

We run a small operation called Unitech over at 15/1 Batla House in Okhla. It is a crowded neighborhood but we like being right in the middle of things. We have been doing this kind of work for years and we don't plan on stopping anytime soon. Most of our days are spent out and about helping people with their construction needs. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning. Usually, we are just out in the sun getting things done. Okhla is a busy place and there is always a demand for someone who can build things properly. We have a few guys who have been working with us since we opened up. We aren't a big corporation with lots of rules. We just show up when we say we will and try to finish the job. Sometimes the supplies are late or the weather is bad but we do our best to stay on track. We don't use any complicated marketing talk. We just talk to people like normal human beings. If someone has a problem, they just come to the office at Batla House and we chat about it. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. We aren't trying to change the world. We are just trying to build solid things that last for a long time. That’s enough for us. It keeps our families fed and our hands busy. We don't ask for much more than steady work.
