We are located at House Number 91 on Street Number 3 in Bhagwam Park. It’s part of the Jarodha area in Delhi, which is usually quite a busy place. If you know the neighborhood, you know that the streets can get a bit narrow, especially when everyone is out running errands. Our spot here is simple. We don’t have a big lobby or anything like that. It’s just the office where we handle the day-to-day work for Unitech Ltd. The neighbors are mostly people who have lived in Jarodha for years, so it has a very local feel to it. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because the numbering on the street can be a little confusing for new couriers, but we usually sort it out. We’ve got the usual office setup inside. It’s nothing special to look at, just a place to get work done. The commute can be a bit of a headache depending on which way you’re coming from, but once you get inside, it’s quiet enough. We don't really have a big staff here, just a few of us making sure things run. The building is old but it holds up okay. We try to keep the front area tidy, though the dust from the street makes that a full-time job. It’s just a normal day for us here, dealing with the heat in the summer and the cold in the winter. We usually eat lunch at our desks while we talk about whatever is in the news.
