We are right in the heart of Raja Mandi at House No. 29/155 in Agra. If you’ve ever been to Raja Mandi, you know it’s one of the busiest places you can find. There’s a constant stream of people, rickshaws, and noise from the market. Our office is a small escape from that madness. It’s an old house, and it has that character you only find in the older parts of the city. We’ve been here for quite some time, running the daily affairs of Unitech Limited. The rooms are a bit narrow and the ceilings are high. We have files dating back years tucked away in the upper shelves. It gets very hot in Agra, especially in the summer months, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are working properly. We don’t have any fancy marketing materials or a polished front desk. Usually, there’s someone sitting near the entrance who can help you out. It’s a very practical, no-frills environment. We’re more interested in getting our tasks finished than in how the office looks to outsiders. We know the local shopkeepers and the rhythms of the market outside. When the market is in full swing, you can feel the energy even inside the house. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned way to work, but it suits the location and the kind of people we are.
