Unitech Limited

We've been at Flat 944 in Paschim Vihar for some time now. It’s a typical apartment block in GH-13, and if you know the area, you know how it gets with the parking and the local market nearby. We mostly keep our heads down and get through the pile of work on our desks every day. Sometimes the fan makes a bit of noise, but we’re used to it. People often ask what it’s like working from a residential flat, and honestly, it’s just practical. It feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails, and usually, someone is making tea in the small kitchen. It’s not fancy. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they’ve seen a lot of hard work over the years. We’ve seen the neighborhood change, new shops opening up and old ones closing down. In New Delhi, things move fast, but inside this flat, we just try to stay organized and keep up with the demands of Unitech Limited. It’s just a few of us here, and we know each other's habits well. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of documents to sort through, but we manage. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big lobbies or glass elevators. We just stay here in Paschim Vihar and do what needs to be done.
