We are up on the first floor of building 347 in K-Block. It’s tucked away in Lane No. 6B/2 in Mahipalpur. Since we are so close to the airport, there are always planes flying overhead, making a lot of noise throughout the day. Mahipalpur is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to the narrow lanes and the way buildings are squeezed together. Our office isn't very large, but it fits what we need for our daily operations. We’ve got some old wooden desks and a few computers that have seen better days. The light in the hallway is a bit dim, but once you step inside, it’s bright enough to see what you’re doing. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of being in this part of New Delhi. It's a lot of administrative work and sorting through folders. People are constantly moving in and out of the other offices in the block. We have a small corner where we keep the electric kettle for coffee and tea. It gets very hot in the summer, and the air conditioner struggles to keep up, so we usually have a few extra fans on the floor. It’s a very grounded way of working. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to. We know the local shopkeepers and where to get the cheapest photocopies. It’s a humble setup, but it’s where we do our business every single day without much fuss or bother.
