Unique Hospital

We’ve been operating out of Mahavir Enclave in New Delhi for quite a while. Our building at H2/160A isn't the biggest, but it’s where we help the local folks when they aren't feeling well. Delhi is a fast place, but inside here, we try to slow things down and just look after whoever walks through the door. It’s a lot of long hours, especially during the busy seasons when everyone seems to have a cough or a fever. We have a few rooms for patients and a small waiting area that usually stays pretty full. The staff here are mostly locals from the neighborhood. We know a lot of the families around here because they’ve been coming to us for years. It’s not like those giant hospitals you see in the city center. It’s more personal. Sometimes the machines act up or we run out of chairs, but we make do with what we have. We spend our days checking pulses, writing notes, and talking to worried parents. It’s tiring work, but it feels right to be here in the community. You can hear the traffic from the main road outside, but we just focus on the people inside. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just the basics to keep everyone healthy. It’s just how we run things here. There is always someone coming or going, but we try to keep it all moving.
