Unicon

Unicon is located over in Azad Nagar, Barabanki. It’s a pretty standard spot in Uttar Pradesh. The streets around here can get a bit crowded with cycles and people going to the local market. We have a small office where we handle all the business stuff. It is nothing special to look at, just a door with our name on it. Most of the time we are out on various sites seeing how things are going. We deal with construction and basic infrastructure. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. You get to know everyone in the neighborhood after a few years of working here. We don't do much advertising or anything like that. People in Barabanki usually just know who to call when they need something done. We keep our tools and some materials stored nearby. It gets dusty and the summers are really long here. We drink a lot of cold water and just keep moving through the day. There isn't a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just take the jobs as they come and try to finish them without too much trouble. That is the way we have always done things here. Sometimes the rain makes the roads muddy but we still go out. We aren't looking to be famous, just working.
