We are over here at 204D in the Express View apartments in Sector 93A of Noida. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the new buildings coming up around here lately. Being Uni Build Construction Pvt Ltd means most of our days are spent talking to contractors or looking at site plans laid out on the table. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical place where we get the daily work done. Puneeth Shanbhag usually handles the main coordination from this room. Noida is always a bit dusty and there is always some noise from the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been around this part of the city for a while, seeing the empty plots slowly turn into these big high-rises. It gets really hot in the summer months, and the power cuts can be a bit of a pain, but the work doesn't really stop for that. We usually have people coming in and out all day, mostly our own staff or guys from the supply side. It is just a regular local construction business trying to keep up with the project schedules. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, and other days we are out on the field more than we are in the office. It is not a corporate setup where everything is shiny and perfect. We just have our chairs, our files, and a lot of phone calls to make sure the cement and steel show up on time. That is pretty much how things go for us every day.
