You can find us over in Rohini, at House Number 160 in Sector 21. It’s a residential-feeling area, but we’ve got our setup here for dealing with water tech and various home appliances. It’s usually a bit of a mess with filters, tubes, and tools scattered across the workbenches. We spend most of our time fixing things or showing people how to get their water purifiers working again. Delhi’s water can be tough, so there’s always someone coming in with a clogged system or a broken part. We aren't a big showroom with bright lights and salesmen in suits. It’s more of a practical workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and we’re a bit slow to answer if we’re mid-repair, but we try to get back to everyone. We’ve lived and worked in Rohini for quite some time now. People around here know they can just drop by Pocket 12 when their appliances start acting up. It’s a small team, just a few of us who know our way around a wrench and a circuit board. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just tell them what’s wrong and what it’ll take to fix it. It’s a straightforward way to run a shop, and it seems to work for the folks in this part of Delhi. We just keep at it every day, making sure things get repaired correctly.
