We operate out of E-32 in Pratap Vihar, specifically in the Koda Colony area of Ghaziabad. This is an industrial neighborhood, so there is always a lot of activity and noise around us. We work with abrasives and various grinding tools, which is definitely a gritty kind of business. Our warehouse and office are in the same building, so you can often smell the metal and see a bit of dust in the air. We spend our days moving heavy stock around and talking to customers about which grinding wheels they need for their factory machines. It is not a glamorous job at all, but these tools are needed by a lot of businesses in this part of the city. The roads around Koda Colony are often bumpy because of all the heavy trucks, but we are used to that by now. We have a small group of staff members who have worked here for years. We do not really care for the corporate lifestyle or wearing suits. We wear practical clothes and get our hands dirty whenever we need to check the inventory or help with a shipment. It gets very busy when a new load of supplies arrives, and we just focus on getting everything sorted and put away. It is hard work in a tough city, and we just try to keep things moving.
