World Fashion

This branch of World Fashion is located at Rz 113-B, right on Street No. 05 in Tughlakbad Extension. It’s a different vibe from our other places. Tughlakbad is full of narrow streets and lots of energy. You really have to watch where you’re walking because there’s always something moving—scooters, carts, or just groups of people. Our spot is a bit cramped, but we managed to fit everything we need inside. We do a lot of the finishing work here. The windows are usually open to let some air in while the machines are running. It can get a bit noisy with the street sounds mixing with the sewing machines, but we don't mind it much anymore. It’s part of the neighborhood. The local chai wallah knows our order by heart now. We don't have any fancy displays in the window. We mostly just focus on the piles of work on the tables. Sometimes the street gets blocked for a festival or some repairs, and we have to haul everything by hand, which is a bit of a pain. But that’s just life in the extension. We are just a bunch of people working hard in a small space, trying to make sure the clothes look right before they go out the door. It’s honest work and we’re glad to be here doing it.
